    Our breakfast today consists of one egg,2 slices of toasted wheat bread and oatmeal with a bit of milk on its own to make it more healthy.

    These are the rest of the dried fish. Lasted 3 weeks and by drying them I was able to preserve them.

    The leftover lentils soup from Monday is our dish for tonight. Also cooked fried chicken for tomorrow and any leftovers to be save for this weekend to save some food.
